Content aware fill may be a tool introduced in Photoshop CS5, that helps USA take away Associate in Nursing object from its background with very little effort. It works best on pictures while not a busy background, or wherever important info isn't gift directly around our object.
We'll be removing this small guy:

Open the image, and make a selection with your preferred tool (I used polygonal lasso here, but really, anything will work).

As you can see, there's no need to bother about carefully selecting your object, and the results are actually better if we also select a bit of the background too.

Go to Edit menu, and click Fill, or press Shift+F5 (or Shift+Backspace), from the first drop-down menu, choose Content-Aware:

Now click OK, deselect and...:)
